Dear customer, please read these notices carefully before sending any package:
- Only auto parts are accepted. General merchandise will be refused.
- Always label your package with your full name and Customer ID.
- Used parts must be drained of all fluids and cleaned before shipping.
- Declare the accurate value of your items — insurance is based on it.
- You are responsible for all customs duties and taxes in Ghana.
How to Address Your Shipment
How to label & send your package
Ensure your package is labelled correctly to avoid delays or loss:
- Write the US address exactly as shown above, including your Customer ID.
- Make sure your phone number on file is WhatsApp-enabled for updates.
- Pack parts securely — we are not liable for damage from poor packaging.
- Keep your purchase invoice; customs may request proof of value.
- Notify us of your final delivery destination in Ghana via the Shipments page.
Good to Know
Auto Parts Only
We move auto parts exclusively — engines, transmissions, body panels, electrical and suspension. By air, in days.
Label With Your ID
Always include your full name and Customer ID on every part you send, so we can match it to your account.
Insured & Cleared
Every shipment is insured and customs-cleared on your behalf at the destination. You order, you pay, you receive.
3–5 Working Days
Standard delivery is 3–5 working days from dispatch. For urgent orders, we ship any day on request.

3–5 working days in the air — insured, customs handled by us, tracked at every stage. Our delivery team calls you when it's close.
Label it right
Your full name and Shipping ID on every box. Packages without either can't be accepted and go back to the sender.

Rates & Shipping Details
Auto parts air freight — rates, services, and schedule.
$25/kg on the greater of actual or volumetric weight, with a 5 kg minimum per shipment.
Charged by volumetric weight using (L × W × H in cm) ÷ 6000.
Incur an additional handling charge, quoted per shipment.
Aerosols, lithium-ion and other batteries need paperwork and an extra charge, case by case.
3–5 working days from dispatch. Time-critical orders ship any day on request.
We source and buy auto parts from US suppliers on your behalf. Service fee varies by item value.
Priority processing with our customs broker for faster release in Ghana.
Door-to-door delivery within Greater Accra. Other regions quoted on request.
Auto parts received during the week are consolidated and shipped out every Friday.
When a fixed schedule isn't an option, we ship the day it needs to go — just let us know.
From dispatch. Full customs clearance with the GRA is handled by us on your behalf.
